Can I use one calculator for all my tiles?
Yes, as long as they share a box size. Set one calculator as the default for every product, and give products with a different box size their own calculator. Each product page shows the right one automatically.
How much waste should I allow for tile?
That is your call, and you can change it any time. Many stores use around 10 percent for straight lays and more for diagonal or patterned layouts.
Does the price match checkout?
The price always comes from your own product price in Shopify, so the total a shopper sees on the page is exactly what they pay at checkout. Change your price in Shopify and the calculator follows.
Will it work with my theme?
Yes, on any current Shopify theme that supports app blocks (every Online Store 2.0 theme, including Dawn). You add the calculator to your product page from the theme editor, with no code to paste in.
