• Store and account details provided by Shopify when you install: your store domain, store name, contact email, plan, and the name and email of the installing user.
• Your subscription status and your install, uninstall, and setup timestamps.
• Authentication tokens that let the app work with your store through Shopify’s APIs.

We do not collect personal information about your shoppers. The calculator runs on your product pages and does not track visitors or store their personal data. When a shopper adds an item to the cart, their measurements and order are handled by Shopify as part of your store’s checkout.

We use this information to operate the app, provide support, manage billing, and improve onboarding. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your calculator settings are stored in your Shopify store, not on our servers.

We share data only with service providers that host and run the app on our behalf (for example, our database and hosting providers), and with Shopify as required to operate the app. We may disclose information if required by law.

We keep your store record so we can support you and restore your settings if you reinstall. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and uninstalling the app stops all further data collection. We also honor Shopify’s data deletion requests.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us to make a request.
