Billing questions
- How does the free trial work?
- Install Spark Kit and start the trial from inside the app. You get 14 days with everything included, and the calculator shows on your storefront the whole time. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
- How am I billed?
- Through Shopify, on your regular Shopify bill, so there is no separate card to add. The charge is monthly and in USD.
- Is there a limit on calculators or products?
- No. Build as many calculators as you need and put them on as many products as you like. The price is the same.
- Does made-to-measure pricing cost extra or need Shopify Plus?
- No. Exact-price calculators for made to measure and cut to size products are included and work on every Shopify plan.
- What happens if I cancel?
- The calculator stops showing on your storefront and your product pages go back to normal. Your calculators and settings are kept, so they are ready again if you come back.
- Can I build calculators before I subscribe?
- Yes. You can install the app, build and preview calculators, and only start the trial when you are ready to put one on your store.
